Liquid Crystal Images specializes in custom LCD applications, and often produces custom LCDs and modules for our customers. In addition, we have worked with some of our customers on custom solutions to reduce assembly and overall product costs. We mate our standard or custom LCD products to the customer’s PCBs to reduce the overall product cost. In one instance, we were able to offer our customer a 25% savings on their LCD module cost, and reduce the overall assembly cost by over 50% through manufacturing and assembling their PCB to our module at our factory. The fully assembled module / board is then stocked for the customer in our Cleveland, OH facility.
